These Terms of Use govern your use of Clean Dish. By using the application, website, or related services, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.
Service provider
Clean Dish is provided by Cagdan Ileri.
Eligibility and acceptance
Clean Dish is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled; it does not replace or form a consent where applicable law requires a separate choice.
The service
Clean Dish provides recipe discovery, preference-based filtering, meal planning, shopping-list tools, pantry ingredient detection, and guided cooking features. Features and content may change as the service develops.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and for activity associated with identifiers used by your installation of the app.
The current version is offered without purchases or subscriptions. If paid functionality is introduced later, applicable prices and additional terms will be presented before you incur a charge.
Food, allergy, and nutrition information
Clean Dish is a planning and informational tool. It does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional healthcare advice. Recipe labels, nutrition estimates, ingredient mappings, and AI-assisted detections may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Clean Dish does not guarantee that any recipe, recommendation, ingredient classification, or AI-assisted result is allergen-free, medically appropriate, accurate, complete, or suitable for your individual needs.
Always verify ingredients, packaging, preparation conditions, and cross-contact risks yourself. Seek qualified professional advice for allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, medication interactions, or therapeutic diets. Do not rely on Clean Dish in an emergency.
Your content, reports, and feedback
You may submit private recipe notes, feedback, issue reports, and similar content. You retain any rights you have in that content. You grant Clean Dish a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and use it only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, or contains confidential information that you are not permitted to share. Clean Dish does not currently provide a public user-content publishing feature.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- interfere with or attempt to bypass the service’s security or access controls;
- use the service to violate law or another person’s rights;
- reverse engineer or extract protected service components except where law permits;
- submit harmful code or overload the service; or
- misrepresent Clean Dish content or use it to make unsupported safety claims.
Content and intellectual property
Clean Dish software, branding, interfaces, and content owned or licensed by the provider are protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party content remains subject to the rights of its respective owners. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the service for its intended private purpose under these terms.
Third-party services
Clean Dish depends on third-party platform, hosting, authentication, and optional AI services. Their availability and separate terms may affect parts of the service. Details about personal-data processing are provided in the Privacy Policy.
Availability, changes, and termination
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every recipe, recommendation, feature, or third-party service will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or product reasons.
You may stop using Clean Dish and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, unlawful use, a security risk, or a legal requirement. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice before a material discontinuation or termination that is not urgent.
We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be identified by an updated effective date and, where required, an additional notice or renewed acceptance. You may stop using the service if you do not accept an update.
Warranty and liability
Statutory warranty rights and mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. Clean Dish is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, under the German Product Liability Act, and where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
For slight negligence, Clean Dish is liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation whose performance is necessary for proper use of the service and on which you may ordinarily rely. In that case, liability is limited to the damage that was typical and reasonably foreseeable when these terms were accepted. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
The food, allergy, nutrition, and AI limitations described above are part of the service’s intended scope and do not restrict liability where applicable law prohibits such a restriction.
Apple terms
If you download Clean Dish from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the license to the application unless a custom EULA is presented in App Store Connect. These Terms govern the related Clean Dish service. Apple is not responsible for providing the Clean Dish service except as stated in Apple’s applicable terms.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by German law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of habitual residence. Statutory rules determine the competent courts.
The provider is neither willing nor legally obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
General provisions
If a provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. The applicable statutory rule takes the place of the invalid provision. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
These terms, the Privacy Policy, and any terms expressly incorporated by reference form the agreement concerning your use of Clean Dish. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
